Okay well here is my second view on it.
1. If you are silly enough to post it with a watermark, then it’s obviously not theirs.
2. It is a gif from a movie I do not own, yet I took a bit of time editing it so it would work. It may not be original but you know, there is that special connection… it’s hard to explain without it sounding like ‘DO NOT STEAL’ because that is just it. They didn’t steal it. With that logic I stole it as well for downloading the movie and making gifs out of it and putting my watermark on it. They are still at fault but it should not be such a big deal to me.
I am trying to give this person an excuse for what they did is that good or not?
